Superbly located, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow style villa in Playa Flamenca. Located very close to all amenities. Fantastic for a families and couples alike. A hidden treasure in great location.

The villa is very private and secure with conservatory, outside dining terrace and rooftop solarium.
It is just a few minutes walk from the Citrus Centre, that offers a selection of places to eat and drink. There is also a small local supermarket for those last minute items.

Within easy walking distance are the local area’s of Zeniamar, La Florida and Playa Flamenca. There are plenty of supermarkets within walking distance of the villa and you can reach to nearest beach at Playa Flamenca in around 15 minutes on foot or around 5 minutes by car. No need to hire a car as everything is on your door-step. There is also a bus stop on Calle Clementina just outside the property, frequency is every hour.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people and is ideal for couples and small families. One of the bedrooms is in an annex to the side of the house and has an en-suite bathroom for privacy. Ideal for a second couple or relatives.

In the main villa are the further 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a family bathroom with walk in shower, a comfortable living room / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. The main bedroom benefits from air conditioning and the twin room has a ceiling fan for the warmer months. Air conditioning is fitted in the annex bedroom as well. WiFi and English TV channels are included provided at no extra cost.

Looking out over the private swimming pool is the glass windowed conservatory. A real sun trap in the cooler months and a fantastic place to sit and enjoy a cool drink in the summertime.
There is also a terrace to the front of the villa with a table and chairs for outside dining.

The villa has a garden and a roof top solarium for you to enjoy if you wish.

The private swimming pool is a must in the summer months. What is better than relaxing in the cool refreshing water after a hard day’s sunbathing!

Villa is ideal during the winter months as well as it has a log burning stove which makes it really cosy and snug.

All in all this is a very nice villa, in a great location for your Summer or Winter holidays.
