Parking is either on the street or on the car park next door to the apartment. A reservation is not required and parking is free of charge.

The living room is furnished in a comfortable modern style with a sofa’s, coffee table, dining table and chairs.
Air conditioning is fitted for the warmer months.
To the front of the living room are large glass patio doors that lead out onto a private balcony, which is furnished with a modern seating set. WiFi and English TV channels are provided.

The American style kitchen is to the rear of the living room and is fully equipped with oven / hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all the necessary crockery, cutlery, pots pans and utensils needed for catering at home.

Off the living room is the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom is off the hallway at the other side of the apartment.

The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and fitted wardrobes. There is an en-suite bathroom just off this bedroom with a walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin with mirror.

Just a 2 minute walk from the apartment is the lovely communal swimming pool.

20 minutes walk along the street is the Villamartin Plaza which has a large selection of cafe’s, restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket selling everything needed, from food to toiletries to newspapers.

Slightly further afield is La Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca. It can be reached by car in around 10 minutes.
It’s open 7 days a week and there is a good selection of places to eat and drink there too.

Alicante airport is around 55 minutes by car and Murcia International is around 50 minutes by car.

There is a large choice of beaches nearby. The nearest is La Zenia, which is around 10 minutes by car.

All in all this is a lovely apartment in a great area for those wanting a quiet holiday but don’t want to be too far away from the local centre and beaches.
