To the left of the door is the American style kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering. There is an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and all of the necessary crockery, cutlery, pots and pans for home cooking.

The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and wash hand basin with mirror over. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table and fitted wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The second bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin with mirror over.

To the rear of the living room are patio doors that lead out onto the rear terrace which has a table and chairs for outside dining. Off the terrace is the driveway for private parking. The garden is enclosed via a wall and electric gate for security.

The development has 2 shared swimming pools along with a park area for the children.

The local town of Pilar de la Horadada is nearby and the centre of the town is around a 20 minute walk from the apartment. There is a large local supermarket nearby for shopping. The beach of Torre de la Horadada is around 5 minutes by car and 30 minutes on foot.

All in all this is a lovely apartment in a quite area ideal for couples and small families.
