With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, this apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people and is fully equipped with lovely, contemporary furnishings putting it at the top end of holiday rental accommodation.

Located on the development of Terrazas de Campoamor, Lomas de Cabo Roig, which was completed in 2016, the apartment is near to Cabo Roig which has a large number of cafés, bars and restaurants.
Nearby La Zenia also provides plenty of choice for eating out. La Zenia also offers La Zenia Boulevard which is the largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca. It is open 7 days a week and has a food court upstairs if you need to stop for refreshments during your shopping trip.

Within walking distance there is a supermarket and a few cafés and restaurants. Although it is possible to walk to the local centres, car hire is recommended. Taxi’s are readily available and there is a bus stop opposite the local supermarket.
The nearest beach is Cabo Roig and is accessible via bus or around 5 minutes by car.

The apartment itself if fully equipped for a self-catering holiday and even has a dishwasher!

English TV channels are installed to make sure that you don’t miss your favourite program. WiFi is also provided free of charge.

Bed linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment and we advise that you bring along beach towels for use by the pool area.

The apartment has it’s own private garden area overlooking the beautiful communal swimming pool. There is a Jacuzzi in the pool area too!

The airport of Murcia and Alicante are 30 minutes and 50 minutes from the apartment and there is plenty to see and do in the local areas and further afield.

All in all this is a fantastic holiday apartment close to local amenities and ideal for couples and small families. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
