Luxury top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the Villamartin Plaza.

A superb apartment in a great location suitable for couples and small families alike.

This apartment sleeps 4 people, is furnished to a high standard and is fully equipped for a self catering holiday.

Located on the top (first floor) of the building the apartment is reached by a flight of stairs accessed through the private garden area.

Parking is either on the street or on the car park next door to the apartment. A reservation is not required and parking is free of charge.

The living room is furnished in a homely modern style with 2 sofa’s, coffee table, dining table and chairs and a lovely feature fireplace.
Air conditioning is fitted for the warmer months.
To the front of the living room are large glass patio doors that lead out onto a private balcony overlooking the lovely communal park area.

The American style kitchen is to the rear of the living room and is fully equipped with oven / hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all the necessary crockery, cutlery, pots pans and utensils needed for catering at home.

Carry on along the hallway and you find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and fitted wardrobes. There is an en-suite bathroom just off this bedroom with a walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin with mirror.
The room is fitted with air conditioning for the warmer months.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Along the hallway is the family bathroom with a full sized bath with shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and mirror.

A roof solarium and downstairs garden makes the apartment a paradise for sun worshipers and is ideal for families with children that want an area for play.
The solarium is spacious and equipped with outside furniture and a purpose built BBQ.

Just a 2 minute walk from the apartment is the lovely communal swimming pool.

15 minutes walk along the street is the Villamartin Plaza which has a large selection of cafe’s, restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket selling everything needed, from food to toiletries to newspapers.

Slightly further afield is La Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca. It can be reached by car in around 10 minutes.
It’s open 7 days a week and there is a good selection of places to eat and drink there too.

Alicante airport is around 55 minutes by car and Murcia San Javier is around 30 minutes by car.

All in all this is a lovely apartment in a great area for those wanting a quiet holiday but don’t want to be too far away from the local centre.
