It is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and linen and towels are provided.

There is an underground car parking space and shared swimming pool although the beach is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The choice is yours – a day at the beach or a day at the pool!

The apartment itself is spacious and has all of the home comforts that you are used to. There is a washing machine, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, air conditioning and English TV channels. There is also an internet connection with WiFi access free of charge.

The local centre of Punta Prima is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and there is a good selection of restaurants, café’s and bars there along with a large supermarket and a Pharmacy.

The neighbouring areas of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are also within walking distance and there are local buses that stop nearby. Taxi’s are readily available and car hire is not necessary.

A short taxi or bus ride away is the large shopping centre of La Zenia Boulevard where it’s easy to spend a day (or two!) shopping.

The airports of Murcia International and Alicante are 50 minutes and 45 minutes from the apartment and there is plenty to see and do in the local areas and further afield.

All in all this is a fantastic holiday apartment close to local amenities and ideal for couples and small families. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
