There is an outside built in BBQ with seating areas to the front and rear of the property with access to the large communal garden. The gardens are beautifully cared for, full of plants, trees and birds with 2 large child friendly swimming pools.

There is a bar restaurant across the road and a small local shop in the next road, open from May to October. Larger supermarkets are nearby in Guardamar. There is a bustling Wednesday morning market in the centre of Guardamar, selling everything from fruit and veg to clothes, shoes and jewelry and there is another, much bigger market, set in the lemon groves every Sunday. Here, you will find plenty of places to eat and drink too.

Guardamar has a promenade packed full of restaurants, cafes and bars by the beach. There is a beautiful park in the centre of Guardamar, with a lake, bars and play area. The shops, restaurants and cafes close for siesta but open again in the late afternoon. Nightlife is buzzing with a funfair and evening market – Easter until October – near the park selling crafts, gifts, clothes and jewelry.
