Property description

HOLIDAY LET

A very nice, spacious townhouse located on the popular golf resort of Campoamor Golf on the Orihuela Costa.

This terrace villa offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 6 people. 

The villa is located on a quiet street on the golf complex and is within easy walking distance of a large supermarket and commercial centre where you will find many bars, restaurants and a Farmacia.

On entering the property you are greeted with a large hallway. From the hallway there is access to the kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom.

The stairs will take you to the first floor where the second bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms are situated. All rooms have a great supply of light due to the large windows.

The kitchen is separate to the lounge but has a serving hatch for easy access for meals and refreshments. All that you would need for your stay is available in the kitchen. this includes a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, utensils etc.
The washing machine is situated in the utility room with the gas boiler. The boiler enables you to have instant hot water when needed, unlike the electric ones that need time to heat up.

The spacious lounge has 2 x 3 seater settees. The TV has UK television supplied by the community satellite dish. There is also a dining table and 6 chairs.  The living room also benefits from air conditioning.

The glass patio doors lead out to the back garden which is fully tiled.

A path will take you to the communal pool which is close by.

The ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds and built in wardrobes with bedside table. There is plenty of light and sunshine entering this room. Ceiling fans are fitted for the warmer months.

On the first floor there is the grand master bedroom with built in wardrobes and patio doors to an outside balcony at the rear of the property. This bedroom is larger than most conventional rooms. Air conditioning is fitted for the warmer months.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, built in wardrobes providing plenty of storage space and a bedside table and lamp. Ceiling fans are fitted for the warmer months.

The second bathroom is the same as the ground floor with plenty of space and consists of a bath, hand sink, shower, bidet and toilet. All towels are supplied for your use.

The communal pool has 20 plus sun loungers for your use, which is unusual for most communal pools. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday this property offers both but is also close enough to the local centre to allow you to walk to the bar and restaurants easily.

The nearest beach is Cabo Roig and is approximately a 15 minute car journey from the villa.

The nearest airport is Murcia and is approximately a 30 minute car journey. Alicante airport is approximately 55 minutes car journey.

A very nice villa in a quiet but accessible area. Ideal for larger groups and families.

Booking terms
How and what you need to pay: • All pricing is in Euro’s. • Payment can be made by bank transfer to Spanish bank account, via credit card over the phone or via paypal • 25% deposit is required on reservation. • The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. • If your arrival dates are less than 6 weeks from your booking date, payment in full is required on booking. • The security deposit of 150€ is required with the final balance and will be refunded after your departure providing no damage has been caused. Cleaning fee of 85€ is applied to the booking price. Check in / Check out times: • Check-in is normally after 14:00. Please ask if you would like to check in earlier. • Check out is at 10:00am or earlier. Please ask if you would like to check out later. This may be subject to a late check-out fee. Late arrivals: • For any arrivals after 18:00 Monday to Friday and anytime at the weekend there is a €20 arrival fee to pay when you check in.
